Barley malt is fermented as a main ingredient and the spice is made by adding hop. Beer is currently defined as fermented from malt, rice, barley, corn, sorghum, potatoes, starch, sugar, caramel, and water. Beer is the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world, followed by fruit wine and honey liquor made from primitive times. In 1961, the No. 1 beer consumption was Eswati. An unknown country but an African monarchy. New Zealand, Germany, Australia, England, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Austria and Luxembourg have since been located. If you think of beer as Germany, you can see it located in third place.
In 1970, the first place was occupied by Germany, the country of beer. Below it is shown that Germany drinks about 9 liters of alcohol per person. In other words, beer is 4~5 degrees, so arithmetic Germans drink about 200 liters of beer every year. Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, Eswati, Ireland, Slovakia, Denmark, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom and many European countries are located.
In 1980, Australia surpassed Germany and rose to first place, while Germany fell to second place. Since then, there are countries such as Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, all of which are proud of producing beer. Beer types include Pilsner, Dunkel, Faillager, Light Lager, Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, Weizen, Porter and Stout.
In 1989, Germany came back to number one, with Africa being Gabon. And Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, which were consistently at the top of the back, were occupied. Beer is said to have developed especially in countries with poor water quality. Popular beers include Paulaner in Germany, Guinness in Ireland, Carlsberg in Denmark and Hogarden in Belgium.
In 1999, Ireland's largest consumption of beer was about 250 liters of beer. Since then, new countries have emerged, such as the Czech Republic, Venezuela, and Slovakia. Famous brands of beer are Heineken in the Netherlands, Qingdao in China, Budweiser and Miller in the US, Corona in Mexico, Asahi and Sapporo in Japan.
In 2009, overall consumption of beer decreased. The first place was occupied by the Czech Republic, which is famous not only for beer but also for wine. From the second place were Austria, Venezuela, Ireland, Gabon, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Namibia and Romania. Unlike the countries that consumed a lot of beer in the past, it was seen to be consumed much in Africa and Southern Europe.
